UTS went above and beyond to locate a headliner for my 2003 Dodge Dakota, and then did an excellent job installing it for me. I had looked for many months for this 'discontinued' headliner ... I am extremely happy with their diligence and work on my behalf. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UTS!!

After fighting a fuel issue for months, I threw my hands in the air and took it in to have Ultimate look at it. Dave and the team were awesome when it came to diagnosing the issue, ordering parts and getting me back on the road. They were super communicative through the whole process, and went above and beyond to get my truck running like new!

We bought a 2018 RV on a Ford Sprinter Chassis. We drove it home with the engine light on and took it to Ultimate Truck the next morning. We wanted mechanics with a long standing presence and good ratings form others. The repair turned into “repairs”. The vehicle had sat idle for long periods of time. There were multiple issues. Many parts were ordered and replaced. Jeff was determined to make our RV dependable and nothing short of that. They did a great job! Persevered several set backs. It was difficult to wait for the work to be completed but we are glad we took it to Ultimate Truck. They have integrity and honesty. That’s worth every dollar spent.

We were on vacation in the northwest when our class C motorhome decided it had enough and stopped. We were stranded in Battleground Washington not knowing who could or would repair our RV. We were on our way to a family reunion and thought we might have to cancel our attendance. Chris and Jeff at Ultimate Truck Service were so helpful in our crisis. They communicated well with us and offered great customer service. Even the charge for the repair was a welcomed surprise. I would give Ultimate Truck Service a six star rating in a five-star system!

Wow!! This place is absolutely amazing. I found this place for my dad who was desperately looking for a skilled and HONEST mechanic, and we sure did get just that. My dad had been quoted outrageous amounts from other mechanics and still was never given an answer as to what was wrong with his truck. The Ultimate Truck Service not only were upfront and so honest with my dad, but also didn't even charge him because it ended up not being anything wrong with his truck. We were at the mercy of a mechanics expertise, and when these people could have ripped us off and/ or still charged him, they didn't!! It's hard to come across honest people these days and we can't express how much we appreciate the honesty. I will be spreading the word EVERYWHERE about this place. Please support this family owned and honest business because they sure do deserve it! Thank you again!!

My company has been using this shop for 11 years. Early on I made the decision to spend my time driving and generating revenue rather than trying to do maintenance. So Dave and Debbie got my business. From those humble beginnings, Dave and Debbie and their mechanics have been a major factor in the success of my company. As any business owner knows, if the equipment doesn't work, you're not earning any money and, more importantly, your customers are not happy with you!! So if you need a shop that can accurately and quickly diagnose your equipment problems AND get it fixed and you back on the road, then you should give this shop your business. I'm glad I did. This was my second time at UTS with my 99 Dodge diesel. With 200,000 miles I figured I'd get some preventative maintenance done with a valve adjustment and have my hoses replaced. They also diagnosed that the exhaust leak I had noticed was from a cracked exhaust manifold. which I had them replace. After a couple days in the shop a girl calls me up to say there's nothing wrong with my heater hoses and do I really want them replaced. I told her yes, I just had the main hoses replaced at a New Mexico Dodge dealer and wanted all the rest replaced to assure no future problems. Thank you UTS - you exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond.

I have known Debbie and her team for more than 3 years, her and her team are truly great people, they take care of the trucks, and cars and rigs like they were the owner. They are honest, hardworking and professional people, and they love to have a good time. If you have a fleet or a solo truck and need help these are the people you need to call. What a great bunch of people. Debbie and her team truly know what it takes to make you happy and keep you happy, you may not always like what they say, but you will know it's the truth. Ultimate Truck Service does outstanding work. I took my RV in for a few minor problems and everything was taken care of in a timely and affordable manor. Thank you Dave for all your hard work and thank you Debbie, Darrin and Jenny for being so nice and friendly while I was waiting. These guys know what they are doing. I am a person who does tons of research before I go anywhere and love good services for a good price. I brought my 98 Cummins to them a couple times now and nothing but great service. I was going on vacation and needed my truck fixed same day and they made it happen.
Even better is I had a minor problem with one of their fixes and brought it back today for them to fix and they happily got started on it! Just goes to show that there really are HONEST repair shops around. I guarantee if you check this family owned and operated business out you will NOT be sorry!
